RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All items sold in our store are made to order through a print-on-demand process. This allows us to reduce waste and offer unique designs, but it also means we have a limited return policy.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or offer replacements only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a printing or manufacturing defect
  • The wrong item, size, or color was sent

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved claims will receive a free replacement or refund, and in most cases, the item does not need to be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Design or color expectations
  • Normal wear and tear

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if:

  • The item received is defective or incorrect

We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues unless the error was on our part.

Refund Processing

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.
