This website is operated by Sunnah Designs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sunnah Designs. Sunnah Designs offers this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS AND PURPOSE
Sunnah Designs provides Islamic apparel and faith-based fashion intended to serve as subtle dawah. Our products are rooted in the core values of Niyah (sincere intention), Ihsan (excellence), and Amanah (trust).
- Quality: We utilize premium materials, including Cotton Heritage blanks, to ensure excellence in every detail.
- Representation: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- Made-to-Order: Many of our items are produced through a print-on-demand process to reduce waste. This process informs our Refund Policy.
SECTION 3 - SUBSCRIPTIONS AND GIFT BOXES
Sunnah Designs offers a recurring Gift Box subscription service.
- Billing: By signing up, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the frequency selected (e.g., every 1, 2, or 3 months).
- Cancellation: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account portal, subject to processing deadlines. Cancellations made after a box has entered the fulfillment stage will apply to the following period.
SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Your purchase and shipping are governed by our Shipping Policy. While we strive for Ihsan in delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and its original content, including but not limited to Arabic calligraphy, unique Quranic verse arrangements (such as our 28:24, 55:13, and 68:1 designs), and branding materials are the exclusive property of Sunnah Designs. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
SECTION 8 - PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, age, national origin, or disability.
SECTION 9 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunnah Designs shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Shipping Policy

At Sunnah Designs, we strive to fulfill every order with Ihsan (excellence) and Amanah (trustworthiness). Because our apparel is often made-to-order to ensure quality and reduce waste, please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing Times
- All items are custom-made upon order.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for production and processing before your order ships.
- During peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, or new collection launches), processing may take up to 7 business days.
2. Shipping Estimates
We ship worldwide from fulfillment centers closest to your location to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
- Canada & USA: 3–7 business days after processing.
- UK & Europe: 7–12 business days after processing.
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 business days after processing.
- Asia & Middle East: 10–18 business days after processing.
- Rest of World: 15–25 business days after processing.
Note: These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD (or local currency equivalent).
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sunnah Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Under the principle of Amanah, we rely on the information provided by the customer. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at SunnahDesigns27@gmail.com with your order number and, in the case of damage, clear photographs of the packaging and product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
