1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

All Sunnah Designs products, including our premium hoodies and t-shirts, are made-to-order and fulfilled via print-on-demand. To maintain our commitment to Ihsan and reduce waste, we utilize a print-on-demand fulfillment model.

• Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipment before it is handed over to our shipping carriers.
• Fulfillment Centers: We work with global fulfillment partners. Your order will typically ship from the facility closest to your location to ensure the most efficient delivery possible.

2. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

• Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.00 CAD.
• Standard Rates: For orders below $100.00 CAD, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we strive for excellence in every detail, Sunnah Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carrier logistics, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.

4. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

Sunnah Designs proudly serves a global community. For international orders outside of Canada:

• Import Taxes & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Customs Clearance: Delays at customs are rare but possible. We provide the necessary documentation to facilitate smooth transit, but we cannot expedite the clearance process.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Address Accuracy and Delivery Failure

In the spirit of Amanah, it is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.

• Address Issues / Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
• Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused by the recipient, any return shipping fees or duties incurred will be deducted from any potential refund.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please refer to our Refund Policy. You must contact us at SunnahDesigns27@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
• Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. Sunnah Designs is not liable for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.

8. Gift Box Subscriptions

Our Sunnah Designs Gift Box service involves recurring or deferred shipments. These boxes are processed on a specific monthly cycle. While the shipping timelines above apply to individual boxes, the initial dispatch date will depend on the subscription enrollment period and fulfillment schedule.
